UA: Follow up response from the Office of the President

I apologize for the delay in a response to UA Resolution #9. As mentioned earlier, the complexity of this resolution has brought additional input and review. Because of this and the press of activities related to commencement, President Skorton will plan to respond by Friday, May 30th.
