UA: June 18, 2010 Letter to President

Dear President Skorton:

I have attached several resolutions passed by the University Assembly for your consideration. They include:

• R. 12 Resolution on Amending the UA Charter (attached)
• R. 17 Resolution Supporting Collegiate Housing and Infrastructure Act (attached)
• R. 22 Resolution to Amend the Campus Code of Conduct (resolution attached)
• R. 23 Upholding Cornell’s Code of Conduct (attached)

Furthermore the UA has unanimously approved the appointments of Walter Lyn as University Ombudsman and Kyle Hogan as JCC.

Finally, I wanted to gently remind you that we are looking forward to your reconsidered response to the UA resolution concerning the lack of transparency of the BCTC.
