Whereas, the Campus Code of Conduct requires that the Codes and Judicial Committee provide a slate of recommended appointments to the University Hearing and Review Boards for consideration by the outgoing University Assembly (the assembly) before its last regularly scheduled meeting; and,

Whereas, the Codes and Judicial Committee has approved such a slate as described in the attached document;

Be it therefore resolved that the University Assembly approves the attached slate of appointments;

Be it further resolved that the Office of the Assemblies update the roster of the University Hearing and Review Boards to reflect the appointments, taking into consideration the expected graduation or retirement of new appointees, and provide the roster to the Office of the Judicial Administrator.
