Increasing/Revitalizing Interest in Program Houses
- Problems:
- Program houses already hold open events, but no one goes to them
- Distance is an issue
- Possible Solutions:
- Promote program houses in the Fall since leases for Collegetown housing must be signed early in the school year
- Hold events/tours during Cornell Days
- Have Red Carpet Society coordinate with program houses to have activities
- Housing/Program Housing Festival
- Club fest style
- Food, music, fun, etc.
- Cultural festival
- Strategically set up event so that traditional and program housing tables/booths are mixed together
- Have a weekly spot in the Sun to promote upcoming activities in program houses
- Place quarter cards on dining hall tables (in the plastic frames) to display upcoming events
- Special Projects may be able to help
- Establish deadlines/timeline for the University to renovate
- Sense of the body resolution
