Joining the Committee

The committee has a total of 15 voting members and 2 ex-officio, non-voting members. Terms of appointment are one year unless otherwise indicated.

Diversity Council Liaisons

The committee includes at least two representatives from each of the diversity councils of the colleges, of whom at least one must be staff or faculty in that college. Contact its chair to arrange for the appointment of one of these positions.

Programmatic Liaisons

The committee must include representatives from each of the following groups. Contact its chair to arrange for the appointment of one of these positions.

1. a representative from the Women’s Resource Center;
2. the SA International Student Liaison;
3. one of the SA Minority Liaisons;
4. a representative from the Center for Intercultural Dialogue;
5. a representative from the OADI;
6. a representative from ALANA;
7. a representative from the Asian & Asian-American Center;
8. a representative from the Haven Executive board;
9. the SA LGBT Liaison at-large; and,
10. a representative from Cornell Outdoor Education.

Additional Members

The committee may appoint additional members. Contact its chair to arrange for such appointments.
