Attendance/ Sign up for Appeals Help Sessions/ Allocations Recap/ New Appeals and Procedures/ Special Projects Funding/ Appeals Hearings on Saturday
V. Gehani started off the meeting by reminding everyone that appeals hearings would be taking place this Saturday.
B. Schreff added that it was important to sign up for and attend the appeals help sessions, and that it would be included in attendance points.
V. Gehani said that budget caps were very low this semester, due to the increase in the amount of groups and co-organizations applying for funding.
Y. Neverova stated that the cuts in budget allocations were due to a number of reasons, including the implementation of special projects funding.
V. Gehani said that there are no longer appeals for new information, only just SAFC error if a group feels that a commissioner misinterpreted their application.
C. Casey asked everyone what their food preferences were for the hearings.
Y. Neverova asked the commissioners to go over special projects funding with groups, and tell them about the new forms if they have old ones. She reminded everyone to wear their SAFC shirts at the hearings.
V. Gehani added that the commissioners needed to sign up for help sessions.
Respectfully Submitted,
