I. Call to Order

The Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

III. Business of the Day

Icebreaker & Attendance/ Commissioner List/ P&T test/ Help sessions sign-up

The executive board proposed an icebreaker for the commissioners to start off the first SAFC meeting of the semester. SAFC budget guidelines were then passed around.

V. Gehani said that this meeting would be very brief. He then passed around help session sign-ups, which he said would be from 4:30–5:30pm on Wednesday and Thursday of next week. He reminded everyone to take the P&T test by next week. He then went over the SAFC calendar, and reiterated the dates of the help sessions, budget hearings, and appeals.

Y. Neverova said that this semester groups are required to attend the appeals in order to ask for more funding. She said that L. Rosenblum had prepared a game of Jeopardy on the guidelines for next week in preparation of the budget hearings.

IV. Meeting was adjourned at 5:30 pm.
