  • ii. Add tougher language, encourage them to seek us out for questions
• c. Constituency Outreach Events
  • i. Mention they are the ones specified in the bylaws
• d. Candidate Information Sheet
  • i. Not necessarily in the rules → trial period
• e. Social Media
  • i. Restrict to event with campaign time period
• f. Ticketing/Slates
  • i. Active coordination
• g. Committee Membership
  • i. Remove faculty language
• h. Challenges
• i. Hearing at the request of committee of challenged candidate
  • i. Standard of judgment
  • i. Compromised the fairness

II. Voting Outreach discussion

• a. More pro-active engagement/outreach to umbrella orgs
• b. Longer timeline, involve them in whole process

III. Timeline

• a. Rules will be drafted by Monday
• b. Meet Monday 4:30 to finalize Rules and Resolution
• c. Submit to SA on Monday night
