- Zimride ride-share program: First PR drive on October 5–9
- Currently:
- The URL will be highlighted on the Dean of Students website during the week before a break.
- Proposed Marketing strategy:
- Get the Zimride URL on student center.
- Gear “getting” rides toward freshmen.
- Gear “giving” rides towards upper-classmen
- No — Quarter Cards
- Chalking
- Fliers on all the dorm notice boards
- Fliers in CTB and CTP in college town
- Zimride “green car” lawn signs
- Golf cart — give free rides to students around campus while promoting Zimride and SA
- Ads in the sun (find costs)
- Facebook Ads
- Cornell Chronicle ads/news-story
- Assembly PR Campaign: October 19 - 23
- “stake signs in the quads”
- Highlight all the committees of the SA
- Highlight their work; such as the Appropriation Committee allocation. (Mastercard type adds).
- Put a sign in each of the Quads with a picture and information of each representative so that students know who their representatives are.
- SA Newsletter: November
- We will put together a mid-semester Newsletter, which will be released around November 15th.
- We will be increasing the distribution of the newsletter as well as publishing it in the Daily Sun.
