SA: President Response RE: Resolution 27

Dear Sarah,

Thank you for sharing Resolution 27, Verifying the Spring 2015 Elects Rules, with me. Most of the changes look fine to me, but I would ask the Student Assembly to reconsider two portions.

First, in Article III, Section C, the rules state “�any violation of the above rules�” (line 353). It is unclear to me which rules are being referenced here, and I think a small alteration in the wording would be helpful.

Second, in Article III, Section E-8, there is no longer a “Senior Director of Campus Relations” (line 458) at Cornell due to office restructuring. Please confirm which position you are referring to and that the Student Assembly has obtained the consent of this individual to provide a review of Election Committee bias charges.
