SA: Letter to President RE: Resolution 6

Dear President Skorton,

I would like to communicate Resolution 6 to you. This Resolution calls for the student-elected undergraduate members of the University Assembly to have debating, but not voting privileges, during SA meetings.

Since there is no distinction between Student Assembly appointed or student-elected members of the UA, this seemed like an appropriate idea to student sponsors Syed Ali Kahn (SA), Matthew Battaglia (UA) and Connor McGrath (UA).

I hope that this resolution is just one step in forming a closer relationship between the two assemblies, and will encourage further collaboration.
