Dear Ulysses,

Thank you for sending me the finalized Student Court Bylaws and corresponding resolutions. As we discussed in our meeting yesterday, I am returning these resolutions for reconsideration by the Student Assembly.

Due to a number of concerns raised, I encourage you to have a discussion with Vice President Murphy and the University Counsel’s Office (I would start with Jim Mingle and he may bring a colleague) to create a student court that can exist among the other university policies and departments that are established already.
