SA: Resolution 53: Adding Student Trustees as Ex-officio Members

Whereas, the student trustees act as a liaison between the student body and the board of trustees

Whereas, both the Student Assembly and the student trustees can better represent students when they have frequent communication

Whereas, recent student trustees have regularly attended Student Assembly meetings

Be it therefore resolved, that Article I of the SA Bylaws be amended as follows:

Section 3: The SA will grant the student trustees debating, but not voting privileges.
