SA: March 6, 2013 Letter From President Re: R. 29

Dear Adam,

Thank you for formally communicating to me Student Assembly Resolution 29, “Crisis Manager Follow Up Process.” I appreciate the Student Assembly’s concern for effective support to students after experiencing crises. While I generally agree with the Resolution, I suggest that it be sent back for reconsideration and that the language in the final “be it further resolved” paragraph be modified as follows:

Be it further resolved that, the Student Assembly recommends that the crisis manager use an appropriate reminder system to follow up with the student, or, where appropriate, directs a relevant party to follow up with the students.

I am willing to approve SA Resolution #29 upon receipt of a revised version.
