SA: S.A. Resolution #40: Appendix B 2012-2014

Whereas, the Student Assembly concluded the byline funding process at the end of Fall 2011 but still needs to update the Appendix B guidelines for 2012–2014;

Be it therefore resolved, that the SA adopt the changes to Appendix B that are attached and submit them for approval to President Skorton.
