SA: Resolution 34. Charter Revisions II

Whereas the Student Assembly passed Resolution 71 on 4/15/2010 establishing the Student Assembly Charter Review Ad-hoc Committee; and

Whereas the Student Assembly passed Resolution 81 (Charter Revisions) on 5/5/2010; and

Whereas David Skorton, President of Cornell University, requested reconsideration of Resolution 81 on 8/24/2010; and

Whereas Michael Gould, Student Assembly Parliamentarian, has worked with the Office of Assemblies and Student Assembly Executive Board to address President Skorton’s concerns;

Be it therefore resolved that the Student Assembly accept the attached charter and bylaws.
