Resolved, that the Student Assembly Bylaws be amended by

Striking out:
”Bylaw 4.2.a.1
The Executive Committee shall have five members.
Bylaw 4.2.a.2
The Executive Committee shall be composed of the President and Executive Vice President and three Vice Presidents.”

and inserting:
”Bylaw 4.2.a.1
The Executive Committee shall be composed of the President, the Executive Vice President, the Vice President for Finance, the Vice President for Public Relations, the Vice President for Internal Operations, the Director of Elections, the Parliamentarian and the Executive Archivist”

and by striking out:
”Bylaw 6.3.a
The SA shall abide by the “Open Meetings” law and the spirit of its intent.”

and inserting:
”Bylaw 6.3.a
Executive session shall be closed to non-voting, non-executive members of the assembly. Community members may be invited by the assembly to participate in an executive session.”
