Subject of Resolution:	Resolution regarding Preliminary Budget 08/09

Whereas, the Student Assembly in the pasthas not approved a budget at the start of the fall semester and has not held to a budget.

Whereas, the current Vice President of Finance would like to have more transparency and accountability with regards to the student assembly’s operating budget to ensure that money is well spent.

Be it therefore resolved, that, the attached budget be used as a preliminary working budget during an interim period where the Vice President of Finance and the Appropriations Committee can develop a more comprehensive budget for Student Assembly approval.
