Whereas, The Student Assembly began the process of a comprehensive Charter review last spring, but was unable to conclude debate and voting on the proposed changes.

Whereas, the document prepared last year represented the hard work of several Assembly members, contains good proposals, and deserves to be considered.

Be it therefore resolved, that the SA consider each change proposed and vote upon them individually.
