Closing Remarks/ Additional Planning
- 1. All outstanding annual budgets and SPRs were reviewed at this meeting. All annual budgets were approved and only some SPRs were approved. The remaining SPRs were moved to the next funding cycle until more information and expense budgets are received from the groups. They were informed of this.
- 2. We have $18,425 remaining in our account for the Spring semester. With an additional $22,660 available to us from the GPSA Slope Day funds, and some reverted funds from a group that transferred to SAFC, our account balance should be approx. $53,000.
- 3. The next GPSAFC meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Feb 7 from 6:30–8:30pm.
