GPSA: Letter to President RE: Resolution 3

Dear President Skorton,

I would like to share with you GPSA Resolution 3, Welcome and Invitation to Incoming President Elizabeth Garrett. It is meant as a warm welcome to Cornell’s newly selected 13th president, as well as an invitation to her to continue to be actively involved in the shared governance system here at Cornell as you have done in your tenure.
