GPSA: May 2, 2013 Letter from President Skorton Re: R. 15

Dear Mitch:

Thank you for sending Resolution 15: A Resolution Calling for the Creation of a GPCI Working Group. I appreciate the proactive approach the GPSA is taking. I endorse the idea of a working group and encourage you to work closely with Barb Knuth and Susan Murphy to develop the concept�specifically in creating a charge for the group and determining appropriate membership.

Barb Knuth will be calling a meeting to discuss the next steps for the GPCI working group. I know that she hopes to get the group together as early in May as possible, preferably before Commencement.

As the spring semester draws to a close, I want to thank you and your colleagues on the GPSA for your energy and thoughtful deliberations this year. It has been a pleasure working with you to enhance the graduate and professional student experience.
