GPSA: Resolution 7: A Resolution Approving the GPSPB 2012-2013 Charter

RESOLVED�

(a) That the Bylaws amended�

• (1) in Article III, Section 3.01 by striking “a maximum of ten” and inserting “no maximum for”; and
• (2) in Article III, Section 3.01 by striking “Four” and inserting “At least two”; and
• (3) in Article IV(C )(ii) by inserting “keeping the minutes of every GPSPB meeting, managing a list serve, and overseeing and delegating tasks for” after “The Vice-Chair of Communications is responsible for”; and

(b) That the Charter be adopted for the 2012—2013 GPSA term. © That the revised Charter be sent to the Office of Assemblies for posting on the GPSA website. (d) That a copy of this resolution be sent to Peggy Beach, Director of the Office of Assemblies and Kent Hubbell, Dean of Students and advisor to the GPSA.
