I. President:

M. Guerrero nominated M. Leinfelder. M. Leinfelder accepted. N. Evensen made a motion to approve M. Leinfelder as president by acclamation. C. Morales seconded. There was no dissent.

M. Leinfelder is the new president.

II. Executive Vice President:

D. Rose nominated M. Guerrero. M. Guerrero accepted. R. Harbison made a motion to vote. B. Forster seconded. R. Harbison made a motion to approve by acclamation. B. Forster seconded. 11 in favor, 0 opposed, 2 abstentions.

M. Guerrero is the new executive vice president.

III. Vice President of Operations (formerly the secretary):

Y. Yu nominated D. Rose. D. Rose accepted. A. Knapp nominated B. Forster. B. Forster accepted. A motion was made to close nominations. J. Kupferschmidt seconded.

D. Rose is the new vice president of operations.

IV. Council to the GPSA:

M. Leinfelder nominated A. Richter. N. Brideau seconded. N. Evensen made a motion to close nominations. M. Guerrero seconded. 11 in favor, 0 opposed, 1 abstention.

A. Richter is the new council to the GPSA.

V. UA representatives:

a. UA Chair

M. Leinfelder said she had a nomination for T. Pardo by proxy. M. Guerrero seconded. N. Brideau made a motion to close nominations. J. Kupferschmidt seconded. N. Brideau made a motion to approve by acclamation. M. Guerrero seconded. 11 in favor, 0 opposed, 1 abstention.

T. Pardo is the new UA Chair.

b. UA members

J. Kupferschmidt nominated N. Brideau, N. Brideau accepted. A. Knapp nominated B. Forster. B. Forster declined. M. Guerrero nominated J. Kupferschmidt. J. Kupferschmidt declined. B. Forster nominated R. Harbison. R. Harbison declined. E. Strong nominated himself. N. Evensen made a motion to close nominations. N. Brideau seconded. N. Evensen made a motion by acclamation to approve both people to positions for the UA. 11 in favor, 0 opposed, 1 abstention.

J. Kupferschmidt is the new funding policy committee chair.

b. Finance chair:

N. Evensen is the new finance chair.

c. Advocacy Chair:

M. Guerrero nominated B. Forster. B. Forster accepted. N, Evensen made a motion to close nominations. M. Guerrero seconded. N. Evensen made a motion to approve by acclamation. 11 in favor, 0 opposed, 2 abstentions.

B. Forster is the new advocacy chair.

d. Events chair:

N. Evensen made a motion to table this until fall meeting. M. Guerrero seconded.
