Rick described the spam issue at hand and answered questions.
Rashira asked about CIT’s new spamming implementation on 2/1/05 and whether it’s going to happen.
Peter Lavelle from the history department wondered if CIT can build another layer to give people whether or not they want to be part of the new spam system.

A majority was in support of spamming proposals. 3–4 people were against it.
Rashira thinks the proposal shouldn’t be so rushed.
E. Furlan discussed the survey. She said the survey is to determine what people want, and they want the committee’s input and opinions on the survey.
B. Holmes said that at the last meeting they discussed issues in transportation. Which include trying to get TCAT buses in the summer running again and about raises in fines. He also mentioned the pay and benefits survey funding request.
B. Holmes discussed election rules and how to be elected.
