Referendum Information

There is a referendum question on the ballot regarding a motion passed by the University Assembly on February 12, 2010, R.12 Resolution Regarding Amendment Process of the Charter. The motion will eliminate the requirement that University Assembly conduct an employee referendum in order to amend the portions of its charter affecting its authority, membership, or charter amendment process.
