Obtaining a Candidate Packet

You may obtain a candidate packet from the Office of Assemblies, 109 Day Hall, during regular business hours. You may also request that one be sent to you by completing the online Employee Assembly candidate packet request form, provided here:

The deadline for turning in completed elections materials has been extended to Monday, 12 March 2007 at 4:30 p.m.

Candidates for Employee Assembly may request a candidate’s packet using the following form. The packet will be sent within two business days of receiving the request.
