Topic of interest: Education Committee Survey questions update, brainstorm and enlist. Education Committee’s focus with regard to this survey would be on: Employees who have already graduated from the EDP. Employees who are taking classes/certificate/professional courses at or outside Cornell. All other employees

Survey population: Employees who have graduated from the EDP program and whose names are enlisted on the Cornell Benefits website.

The motto of the survey: To gather preliminary information on the successful experience of employees who have graduated from the EDP program.

Education Committee hopes to be able to create motivation among employees interested in furthering their education by creating an information source through this survey.

To be able to provide anonymous survey results for the benefit of future aspirants in particular and all employees in general. To create awareness among employees at Cornell regarding Educational assistance offered to them.

Qualtrics as the tool to be used for this particular survey Expenditure to a minimum.

Questions: Can benefits provide information on candidates who had enrolled into the EDP program but had dropped out?

Basic format of the survey to be presented before the Employee Assembly at the next meeting for approval.
