MINUTES

I. Call to order

T. Grove called the meeting to order at 1:10 p.m.

Present: J. Ambrosetti, B. Cristelli, T. Grove, L. Morris, G. Osborne, M. Stefanski Seymour

Absent: J. Boodley Buchanan, A. Capogrossi, B. Blanco, D. Brooks, L. Croll Howell, B. Esty, C. Ferguson, M. Kitchen, E. Lee, T. Mitchell, L. Sayam, B. Schaffner

(12noon — 1pm was spent having lunch and having a casual discussion with Geneva staff.)

II. Call for Late additions to the agenda

There were no late additions to the existing agenda.

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting

There were not enough EA members to approve the minutes. They will be presented at the first EA meeting in August.

IV. Business of the day

a) Conversation with Geneva Staff

T. Grove said wellness opportunities seemed to be the key topic of the discussion, so she will bring this back to Beth McKinney.

b) Update on REST committee meetings

T. Grove said that members had given their committee requests. Some will meet this summer, but most will begin in the fall.

c) EA survey

L. Morris said she has some thoughts she will share more at future EA meetings. THAB needs members and needs to meet next week.

d) Retreat planning

T. Grove said that there could be 2 or 3 shorter “meeting like” times instead of a half or a full day. Part of the retreat will be to go over expectations of members.

There were no committee reports given.

VI. Open forum

There were no items discussed for Open Forum.

VII. Adjournment

Meeting was adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
