  3. Suggestions for changes to the Code (30 minutes)
    1. Require witnesses to participate in disciplinary system (p. 27). See JA’s memo.

Request from Tim Marchell (tcm9@cornell.edu): To be consistent with best practices regarding eliminating hazing, please add the following language to 1f (p. 17) (requested change in ALL CAPS): To haze another person.     3. JA on exhibits and objections handled in advance of hearings
    4. Budget-related discussion items: Simplify judicial board process (see MB’s e-mail), income from fines
