  2. Appropriateness of penalties (F-Appeal Procedures):
    1. President’s right to send sanction back to Hearing and/or Review Boards
    2. President’s right to change a sanction imposed by Hearing or Review Boards
      Note: pg. 4 in revised code and language regarding Presidential Overrides
    3. JA & Judicial Boards’ guidelines for sanctions?
  3. Role of advisor/attorney (p. 13 & 27)
    1. may be an attorney, but they cannot speak during a hearing
    2. may have a non-practicing attorney
      Both options include language about Hearing Board chair controlling the hearing, to the point of reading questions if necessary {but see also language on pg. 26]
