- Brief update on the work over the summer, which resulted in a revised code, and a proposed schedule based on the President’s letter
- Discussion points regarding the revised code (based on community concerns from last year):
- Maintains the independence of the system
- Evidence - clear & convincing vs. preponderance
- Faculty and staff (including administration), as well as students, continue to be covered by the code
- Off-campus jurisdiction
- Reorganization and simplification,
- Judicial process combined
- Title five now part of Title one
- Ready to send revised code to the community? How best to accomplish that?
