1. Review procedures and questions for hearing and review board candidates.
   • Janey Bosch, Office manager in the JA’s office, will speak on the process of selection for hearing boards
   • Do we want to change the letter or the questions
   • What will be our procedures for the interviews and the selection process?
   • Provide schedules of availability to Ari
2. Update on Assemblies approval of our proposal regarding the Code review.
3. What is our plan of action for the Code?
   • Whole committee or subcommittee to work on a draft?
   • Who do we need to talk to for more information:
     • ombudsman?
     • Ithaca police chief?
     • Tracy Mitrano/Pat McClary re: IT concerns (see attached)
