1. Elect new chair, co-chair, secretary, and co-secretary.
2. Report from Ellis Loew, the UA convener and representative:
   • old and new business from the U.A.
   • the Krause Report. It would be great to get the committee to start looking at this report and thinking about how it could be vetted by the UA.
3. Vacancies in judicial boards:
   • There are three employee members whose terms expired at the end of last semester, but who are willing to continue serving if re-appointed. Mary Beth is hoping that the CJC might be able to convene this month to recommend re-appointment of these members before the October 25 UA meeting.
   • There is one student whose term also expired at the end of last semester. He actually did follow the procedure to re-apply for judicial boards, but his application was lost at one stage and by the time it was sorted out the staffing decisions had already been made. If the CJC could address this situation as well (perhaps consider recommending him for the top of the alternates list?), that would also be very helpful to do this month.
